Audubon – Homes are fairly new with construction starting in 2011. This neighborhood offers larger properties than what is typical in the area. You’ll find 3 and 4 bedroom homes between 3,000 and 4,300 square feet.
Blakeley Forest – The first properties were constructed in the early 90’s and the latest home was built in 2014. Here you’ll see large properties in an established area with mature trees.
Cambron – Cambron is a popular neighborhood off of Hwy 31 with 3 to 5 bedroom options. Homes are priced in the mid $300’s.
Churchill – Here’s an opportunity to own new construction or almost brand new at around $119 per square foot. Craftsman style new homes.
Garrison Ridge – This is a modest sized neighborhood that is set back in a treed community off of Hwy 225 near Spanish Fort Blvd. Nice homes priced in the $400’s.
Grace Magnolias – Newer homes in a rural setting off of Hwy 31 with Craftsman style layouts at a good price point.
Highland Park – Highland Park is another example of the growth of Spanish Fort. This neighborhood is near the schools offering new construction. Homes are priced at around $120 per square foot.
Osprey Ridge – Here’s another new subdivision with homes built by Truland, priced in the $300’s.
Rayne Plantation – This neighborhood offers large properties with very nice community amenities. Prices are in the $400’s and $500’s.
Spanish Fort Estates – SFE is a very large subdivision near the intersection of Spanish Fort Blvd and Hwy 225. You’ll find a wide variety of styles, sizes, and prices here. The average price per square foot is an affordable $100.
Stillwater – Very large homes on larger than typical lots. This neighborhood is located in a rural setting down Hwy 225.
Stone Brook – Fairly new construction under $200,000.
Stonebridge – Stonebridge is probably the most popular neighborhood in Spanish Fort offering Craftsman style homes and great community amenities.
Timbercreek – Here you will find a much sought after neighborhood that is well-put together and located along a championship golf course. Prices vary greatly.
Wakefield – Establish homes built in the 90’s at a low price per square foot. Good sized homes under $300,000.
Westminster Gates – Square feet in this neighborhood ranges from 2,400 to 3,100. Homes are in the high $200’s.
Wilson Heights – Most of the homes here are ranches built in the 60’s and 70’s and priced from $150k to $200k.
