Austin Park Estates – 4 and 5 bedroom home options with new construction available. Price at around $135 per foot.
Avalon – Well appointed neighborhood in a rural setting from the mid $300’s to the mid $500’s.
Bay Branch Estates – These properties were built within the last 20 years and are very affordably priced at app. $102 per square foot.
Beau Chene – One of my favorite neighborhoods in Daphne. This gated community is heavily treed and offers large upscale homes.
Bellaton – Very popular neighborhood with brand new and fairly new homes. Various floor plans and nice neighborhood amenities.
Bellewood – New homes with square feet between 2,200 and 3,000 in the high $200’s.
Canaan Place – Another new neighborhood with attractive homes in the $200’s and $300’s. Located off of Route 54.
Dunmore – Affordably priced Craftsman style homes with many different floor plans. Priced in the $200’s and $300’s. Big neighborhood.
Estates of Tiawasee – Nice neighborhood with properties over 3,000 square feet. Prices are in the $500’s.
French Settlement – New and fairly homes from 1,600 to 2,800 square feet. Nice looking homes near Trione Park and schools.
Historic Malbis – Unique subdivision near tons of shopping and the interstate. Wide price range.
Lake Forest – The state’s largest neighborhood with rolling elevations and lots of mature trees. Home prices are very affordable.
Old Daphne – Establish neighborhood in a desirable area. Homes very is size and style.
Oldfield – The first homes were built in 2009 but new construction is still going up with Phase 2. The average price per foot is at $112.
Retreat at Tiawasee – This neighborhood offers 3 to 5 bedroom options up to 3,500 square feet.
Sedona – The subdivision is wooded and offers various styles of homes in the mid $200’s.
Sehoy – Popular neighborhood with properties between 1,900 and 3,100 square feet. Located off Route 13 near Daphne High School.
The Reserve at Daphne – New construction at a good price per foot (around $120). Neighborhood amenities include a lazy river.
The Woodlands at Malbis – Exquisite properties with large layouts and over-sized lots. Prices from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
Timbercreek – A large neighborhood that settles in both Daphne and Spanish Fort. Many floor plans on a championship golf course.
